So Ben finally graduated from BYU this week! Did we ever think this day would come? NO. Are we glad it did? Oh YES! He participated in the BYU graduation on Thursday which we were reluctant to do, but good thing we did, because it was awesome! We got to hear from President Uchtdorf of the First Presidency (who also was awarded an honorary BYU degree) and also got to hear from Elder Russell M. Nelson. Both men gave fantastic talks.

On Friday, Ben got his diploma from the Marriott School. We were fortunate enough to have family there to support us and had a great time celebrating his achievement with them. 
After graduation on Friday, we went out to dinner at Goodwood (a great BBQ place) with the fam. We wanted to prep our taste buds for our move to the BBQ capital of the world!
On Saturday, we continued our celebration at Aunt Chris and Uncle Jim's house, complete with Bunco, candy, and a delicious cake.
They even gave out prizes to the person with the most Buncos (a tie between Ben and Shaunelle), the person with the most wins (Joslin, pictured above), and the person with the most losses (a tie between Garrett and Jaimason). Jaimason was so excited because he was awarded the Booby Prize...the coveted Whoopee Cushion! It was Christmas morning all over again! He has been begging for one of those for what seems like a lifetime!
What a great weekend...apart from the torrential rain, we had a really great time. Here are some other fun pictures to enjoy.

Good to see that it really happens someday. Someday we become free from the world that is the Marriott School. Congrats Ben. And sorry we can't make it tomorrow. We wish you the best as always.
Congrats! That is so exciting for all of you. I love the pictures of Jaimison with the grad cap on. I'm so glad you can see our blog now. We miss you!
Yay for graduation! Congrats!! We are going to miss you guys. We're down here warming up Texas for you (literally, it's HOT!). By the way, can you take our garbage to the curb before we get back in June? Thanks! Hope you're doing great.
