Strawberry Pickin'

We decided to take a drive back out to Sweet Berry Farms (where we had so much fun at the Pumpkin Patch in the Fall) to pick strawberries this time. We had a really good time.

It didn't take long to pick over 8 pounds of strawberries, and Jaimason did well only picking ones that were perfect. He took great care to make sure they weren't too squishy or too green.
Maleah just hung out in her stroller, enjoying being outside.

After picking comes eating...and EAT we did! The strawberries were tender and juicy and delicious. We probably ate at least a pound just in that one sitting!

Maleah loved the strawberries so much, she screamed bloody murder in between each bite. She was like a baby bird opening her mouth for each bite.

I love the story this picture tells. I am just enjoying eating a strawberry while Maleah hungrily reaches out for more.
Had to get a picture of everyone eating the strawberries. We are picture freaks!

What else is on a farm? Animals! We petted some goats and horses after we were done stuffing our faces with strawberries.
Before leaving, we had to get some homemade fresh strawberry ice cream and popsicles. It was a good day.
