Maleah is a wonderful little baby. She is very cuddly and very patient. She likes to be held a lot, though, so we don't get a lot of sleep at night, but what can you expect with a newborn?
She has the most beautiful, long eyelashes you have ever seen! And they curl perfectly, too. The doctor commented on them the minute she came out, saying you can hardly see any eyelashes on most babies. I hope this means they'll stay long and beautiful forever.
Her eyes are pretty dark right now, and she has dark brown hair, too. The nurses kept calling it blonde, though, so maybe they know something we don't. Otherwise, she might look like Mom.
Jaimason has found his new obsession: HER! He loves her to pieces, and is such a good big brother. He professes to know how to soothe her and gives everybody lessons on it. He can't stop kissing and touching her. It is a very sweet thing to see. We knew he'd be a great big brother.
Daddy melts over this little girl, too! It's been fun to see him with her...there's so much tenderness.
We just love this girl to pieces and are so thankful she made it here safely and is a part of our family.
