These people who write blogs every day just amaze me! First, when do they find the time? And second, where do they find enough to talk about? I struggle to find something halfway interesting to blog about, but today, I am happy to report I have found a topic: our vacation!
Friday afternoon, Ben's aunt called asking if we would like to use thier condo in St. George for the weekend. Um, did you even have to ask?? Yes!
We had so much fun! It was nice to be able to get away from temperamental Provo and go to St. George! Little did we know, it was going to be temperamental, too. At least it was a change of scenery, right?

The "condo" was amazing! 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, , a flat screen in every room, state-of-the-art everything, custom wired surround sound throughout the house, built-in bbq, 2 car garage, full backyard with even a water fountain! It was decked to the max.
We were able to visit the Dinosaur Tracks Museum at Johnson Farms. It was interesting. Turns out, a man had a farm and was getting his land ready to sell for commercial development when one day, his tractor accidentally dropped a piece of rock and it flipped over, revealing dinosaur footprints! Now there is a whole museum dedicated to the 200 plus footprints they found on his land.

(Those are dinosaur tracks behind the boys)We also were able to visit the Silver Reef "ghost town," a mining town where the only silver was found in sandstone in the country. Sounds better than it was. People still live there, so if you ask me, it wasn't a ghost town. However, there were a few interesting things of note.

Catholic...
...and Asian (no pictures, sorry).
(more to come)
