Circus Time!

We got the opportunity to attend the circus on Friday. It was Jaimason's first time, and he was sure excited! (Good thing we didn't tell him about it until right before it was time to leave or else we would have gone crazy!)

When we showed up, there were clowns out front giving hugs and handing out stickers. Jaimason got to take his good friend Ethan along, so that's who else is in the picture. He also got to take Alphie the alligator, his class pet.When we went inside, we were, of course, bombarded with vendors trying to sell us ridiculously overpriced gadgets and toys we didn't need, but that the boys thought they HAD to have! So we distracted them instead with a camel ride....equally overpriced but at least we didn't have to take anything home!
Then we filled them up with cotton candy. Even Alphie kept trying to sneak bites!


The best parts of the circus were the elephants....








The motorcyclists who did sweet flips in the air....

...And the Human Cannonball. He shot himself across all 3 rings and landed in a net. Pretty awesome! The boys just ate it up!

These girls were pretty cool, too. It's hard to see in the picture, but they did stunts in the air just hanging by their hair!

We had a great time! And it was extra nice because Maleah was all snug at home in her bed while we were there.
